The company may have an interest or participate in any way with companies & others that carry out works similar to its work or which may cooperate to achieve its purpose in Egypt or abroad, it may also merge into, purchase or attach to the forgoing bodies in accordance with the provisions of the law & its executive regulations, subject to the provisions of the applicable laws, regulations & decisions, the company should obtain all the necessary licenses to operate.
In view of recommendations of the African Conference in SharmEl.Sheikh 2017 which was held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El.Sisi, in presence of distinguished gathering of heads of states, governments, ministers, investors and young entrepreneurs as well as heads of regional organizations & African groupings with about 3000 participants from Africa and Worldwide.
Which led us to establish The African Evolution & Development Company, A limited liability company, Commercial registration no. 2018, it works to increase and pumping investment, fetch more investors to Republic of Uganda, exchanging experiences, offering investment opportunities and cooperation in upgrading the sectors of priority for the development of our continent, especially in the fields of joint regional logistic projects, networks, infrastructure, new & renewable energy all of this make us more optimistic about future to increase economic integration and encouraging the injection of new investments in our African countries to raise the rates of economic growth & development and establishment of private joint projects in the field of infrastructure to support investment and trade exchange between countries of the continent, strengthening the role of the African private sector among investment bodies to increase investment rates within the continent, exchange experiences, implementing incentive programs for entrepreneurship, adopting funding initiatives to increase youth participation as a pillar of the African economy and empowerment of women in all areas of economic activity as an effective element in the development process in Africa and as a core axis to achieving economic stability.
